RS1 Front Differential Conversion Bracket for all years Rzr Turbo or Rzr 1000 XP 2 and 4 seat DIFF SWAP WITH BRACKET ONLY

Tired of those broken Rzr 1000 XP and Rzr Turbo diffs? Look no further! The massive RS1 diff swap has put an end to broken and chattering Polaris differentials! The "RS1" diff can be found in the Polaris RS1, the Rzr Turbo S, and the Rzr Pro XP. This swap kit requires cutting the factory skid plate and trimming of the steering rack plate of the Rzr 1000 XP and Rzr Turbo. This can be accomplished with a cut off wheel and grinder, but a plasma cutter makes short work of the job. Search "RS1 diff swap" on YouTube to get an idea of the scale of the project. Requires Rzr Turbo axles to work with the RS1 differential swap.  

Includes: 
* Differential Plate and all hardware to install the RS1 front differential into your chassis. 
* This bracket is adjustable to fit the variances in the factory frames especially on older units. This is an important upgrade over other brackets on the market to allow proper fitment. 

RS1 Differential available with 2 Year Fault Free Warranty on Differential. 
This differential comes with an upgraded Sprague and pinion bearing all the parts are brand new including the case and cover plate.

Requires Turbo Rzr style larger inner CV cups. Rzr 1000 XPs will need to run a Rzr TURBO axle. If you're new to this please note that TURBO "S" axles are 72" / Long Travel style axles and will not work in stock width 1000 XPs unless it is on a custom, longer suspension.
